Bianco dolce Fermented Soybean Preparation

White, sweet, calcium-enriched soy-based preparation. Made from 100% Italian soybeans, gluten-free and rich in live ferments, it is a source of plant-based protein and calcium, with a low saturated fat content. Enjoy all the taste of a delicate, naturally lactose-free ang gluten-free food.

80% soy extract (water, 9% soy, 3% cane sugar), 20% semi-finished product (52% cane sugar, corn starch, calcium citrate, thickener: carrageenan; natural flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid), live lactic ferments (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus). Gluten free.
