Rice crepes

Soft, tasty and versatile. Once you try these crepes made with Cappuccino Lovers rice-based plant-based drink, you won’t be able to do without them!
Excellent for all savory fillings, by replacing salt with sugar they can also become the basis for sweet recipes.

Ingredients

3 eggs
100 g flour
1 pinch of salt
300 ml Cappuccino Lovers rice-based vegetable drink
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Procedure

Pour the flour and salt into the mixer bowl, add the eggs and a quarter of the Cappuccino Lovers rice-based drink.

Blend until smooth and whip by adding the remaining rice-based plant-based milk.

Heat a little oil in a flat pan and pour in enough batter to just cover the bottom of the pan.

Cook over medium heat for about a minute, then flip the crepe to cook it on the opposite side for another 30 seconds.

Transfer to a plate and repeat the procedure with the remaining batter.

Fill the crepes as desired.
