Soy and Oat Cappuccino Lovers are two Soy and Oat based drinks (100% made in Italy and Organic Oat), Gluten free, for Coffee and Cappuccino, which ensures a perfect foam so sought by lovers of real Cappuccino and aimed to those who are cow’s milk intolerant, vegetarians, vegans or celiacs, they could find opportunities for consumption even outside home, like at the Cafe.
Soy Milk
PRODUCT FEATURES
Ingredients
Water, decorticated soy seeds of Italian origin (6.5%), whole cane sugar, flavour, sea salt, Stabilizer: Gellan gum. Gluten free.
Shelf life
360 days.
Storage condition
Room temperature (after opening refrigerate and consume within 3 to 4 days). Shake well before use.
A 1000 ml pack makes on: average 15 cappuccinos.
A 500 ml pack makes on: average 7 cappuccinos.
Oat Drink

Ingredients
Water, organic oat of Italian origin (15%), organic sunflower oil (1,3%).
Shelf life
360 days.
Storage condition
Room temperature (after opening refrigerate and consume within 3 to 4 days). Shake well before use.
A 1 l pack makes on: average 15 cappuccinos.
SUGGESTIONS FOR A PERFECT FOAM
- Store the drink in the fridge at 4° C and shake well before use
- Pour about 60ml of Cappuccino Lovers Soy or Oat drink in a jug (about 2/3 of its volume); serving for one cappuccino
- Open the steam valve and release any condensation
- Hold the nozzle just above the drink, without dipping it and release the steam at full
- Raise the foam the time it takes for it to reach about 60° C
- You will have achieved a perfect foam, glossy and compact
- Pour the foam in the cup and top up the espresso
- All is left is your own personal touch to sign off the cappuccino
